Jesus said to “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven” (Matt. 19:14). Parents may request for us to publicly dedicate their child to the Lord. This is really much about asking for the Lord to bless their child and their parenting journey. Our desire would be that your children come to know Jesus early, continue to grow in Him, and learn to serve and obey Him wholeheartedly. We also desire our parents to be humble and grow in their maturity as godly parents.
