Clean Feet for the Road Home

Feb 1, 2026    Pastor Ken Wombacher

Considering Jesus washing the disciple’s feet, we noted that communion is for those who have been fully cleansed by Christ and are being continually restored as they walk with Him. While salvation is a once-for-all “bath,” we still come to communion at times with dirty, tired, or wounded feet—and Christ graciously washes, rests, and heals us again. Thus, the table becomes a place of humble service, renewed repentance, deep rest, and confident hope as we walk toward glory.
