From Temptation to Thanksgiving

Entering into a time of communion, we are reminded of Christ’s sacrificial blood and encouraged in our daily battles with temptation. Temptation itself is not sin, all believers face it, and God faithfully provides a way of escape through Jesus Christ, our sympathetic High Priest. As we remember Christ’s body and blood, we are called to self-examination, repentance, prayer, and renewed hope in God’s faithfulness.
